We use browser storage to remember your basket and support secure shopping. We ask before using optional analytics cookies.
Remembering your basket
Your browser saves the products, quantities, personalisation and discount code you add to your basket. This uses local storage so you can move between pages or return to the shop without starting again.
The saved basket has no automatic expiry. It stays in that browser until it is changed or cleared. On a shared device, remove any personalised items or clear the site data when you have finished.
Cookies for payments and staff sign-in
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. When you continue to Stripe’s payment page, Stripe may use cookies for checkout security and fraud prevention. You can read more in Stripe’s Cookie Policy.
Our private staff area uses Supabase sign-in cookies and session storage to keep authorised staff signed in and manage order preparation. You do not need a customer account to shop with us.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the shop, including product views, basket additions, checkout starts, confirmed purchases and refunds. Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise a browser and may receive pseudonymous identifiers, pages visited, device and usage information. We do not send your name, email address, delivery address or personalisation text to Google Analytics.
We also use Microsoft Clarity after you accept analytics to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk to recognise visits. We mask customer forms, personalisation previews, basket and checkout content, and exclude staff pages and order confirmation pages from recording. Read Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for information about Microsoft’s handling of this data.
Analytics is optional and does not affect shopping. You can accept or reject it in the banner, or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Managing your browser settings
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing this shop’s local storage removes your saved basket and discount code; it does not cancel an order you have already placed. Blocking payment or security cookies may stop parts of checkout working.
Questions or changes
Contact us if you have a question about cookies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
If we introduce technology that needs your consent, we will update this policy and ask for that consent before using it.
